Alpen recently recruited Noonah for the launch of their new product Alpen Granola which would showcase at The Color Run.

The brief:

Here’s what the client asked…

  • How do we make runners want to use our experience after running 5k?
  • How do we create content that people want to share instantly?
  • How do we connect them to our brand?

And most importantly…

  • How do we kick butt against all the other key sponsors of The Color Run?

The answer:

  • Noonah’s 360 Slow Mo experience combined with the Color Run’s infamous powder paint
  • Slow Mo videos with branded Alpen intro’s and outro’s along with fully branded overlays spliced into each clip instantly
  • Compression of video files so they can be shared straight away to Facebook, Twitter, Email and Instagram

The result:

  • Runners queuing for 90 mins (yes ninety minutes!!!) to use the experience
  • Huge engagement – over 500 runners using the experience
  • Massive sharing over 350 shares and many more re-shares
